Israel does not provide any aid to the Gaza Strip, it only facilitates the entry of aid into Gaza provided by other countries, via its Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories unit (COGAT). It sometimes actively prevents the entry of aid into the occupied Palestinian territories. The list of all donor countries to the occupied Palestinian territories is tracked by the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA). Israel has not featured on this list for decades. Israel has donated various amounts to other nations over the years, but never to the occupied Palestinian territories.
