As far as I’m aware, there are no international organizations that rank armies by moral integrity.
That said, the IDF does at times follow certain tactics that, in a military context, could be described as morally upstanding, such as warning building occupants of an impending air strike, or evacuating civilians to designated safe zones prior to a military incursion.
But the IDF has also bombed designated safe zones on several occasions. And the IDF has been accused of an extensive list of war crimes since its inception, including rape, murder, torture, and collective punishment.
It is up to the reader to judge whether the IDF is the most moral army in the world.

One other fun fact – every group, every political organization, and every government that has ever tried to destroy the Jews has been destroyed. Fun fact #2 Israel has never been stronger.
